Communications that you send to this Site such as questions are considered to be non-confidential and non-proprietary.
 

The Flame Club^SM Program Rules

Whiskey Creek® offers The Flame Club^SM Program as our way of showing appreciation for the loyalty of our guests, by awarding guests participating in the Flame Club^SM Program points based on the amount of their purchases of qualifying food and beverages at participating Whiskey Creek® restaurants or online, and allowing such guests to redeem those points for rewards that can be used to obtain discounts on future purchases of food and beverages from participating Whiskey Creek® restaurants. The Flame Club^SM Program is only accessible to registered members ("Members"). In order to register for the Flame Club^SM Program, you must complete an online registration form that includes your name, postal and email addresses, telephone, user name, password, and opt-in. The registration form will also ask several brief questions to determine more about the Member. These questions are used by us to develop marketing programs that will be of interest to individual Members. The following rules govern the Flame Club^SM Program and may be changed at any time in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the Flame Club^SM Program. Changes will become effective when they are posted on this Site, and a Member's continued use of the Flame Club^SM Program will constitute the Member's acceptance of the changes. Whiskey Creek® reserves the right to modify, amend or discontinue the Flame Club^SM Program at any time.

1. One point will be awarded to a Member's Flame Club^SM Program account for each U.S. dollar that the Member spent on purchases of qualifying food and beverages from participating Whiskey Creek® restaurants. Points will be awarded based on the amount of the qualifying purchase rounded up or down to the nearest dollar.
2. Points will not be awarded for any non-food or beverage items such as taxes, room rental or employee tips. Points will not be awarded for purchases paid for with rewards dollars earned under the Flame Club^SM Program.
3. Rewards will be automatically loaded onto the Member's Flame Club^SM Card, which must be registered with Whiskey Creek® in order to be used to obtain the discount off future meal purchases.
4. Flame Club^SM Program points have no monetary value and are not redeemable for cash.
5. Material posted on this Site is the property of Whiskey Creek® and may not be copied for any reason.

Member Cooperation

Members agree to provide only true and accurate information when registering for the Flame Club^SM Program, to comply with the terms of all partner offers, promotions and programs, and that they will not abuse the Flame Club^SM Program, such as by accruing points in a manner that is inconsistent with Whiskey Creek® policies.
 

Termination of Membership

Whiskey Creek® reserves the right to terminate a Member of the Flame Club^SM Program and/or void all, or a portion of, a member's points and rewards in the event of any conduct that Whiskey Creek® in its sole discretion considers to be in violation of the Terms and Conditions detailed herein or if points and rewards have been issued, received, or redeemed through computer error, fraud or illegal means. Whiskey Creek® reserves the right to audit Member accounts to determine if any violation or fraudulent behavior has occurred.
